The property is more particulary described as follows: Tracts of land located in the 1300-2000 Blocks of Bailey Avenue and the 1800 Block of Bailey Avenue (northside only). WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and discussed said Zoning Study; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the 1300-2000 Blocks of Bailey Avenue and the 1800 Block of Bailey Avenue (Northside Only) Zoning Study for property located in the 1300-2000 blocks of Bailey Avenue and the 1800 block of Bailey Avenue (Northside Only), be accepted and adopted as a guide for future rezoning considerations. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That this Zoning Study Adoption is subject to the following conditions: For the 1300-1700 Blocks of Bailey Avenue: 1. No two family dwellings (duplexes); 2. No multi-family (three or more units/apartments) dwellings; 3. No lodging houses, boarding houses, or bed and breakfast; 4. No dormitories; and 5.
